LIBERSTONE CAPITALBack to HomeAML POLICY
Liberstone Capital may perform proportionate compliance checks to help protect the platform and its investors.
Compliance checks help protect the platform, its investors, and operational counterparties from misuse. They support a risk-based approach to reviewing investor identity, account activity, and transaction information.
We may request information and supporting documents before activating an investment, processing a withdrawal, or where account activity requires additional review. The nature of the request depends on the investor, transaction, and information already available.
Transactions and account activity may be reviewed to identify unusual, inconsistent, or potentially prohibited use of the service. A review can include funding source information, wallet information, transaction patterns, or clarification of the purpose of activity.
An account, payment, contract activation, or withdrawal may be delayed or declined while required checks are completed. Investors must provide accurate, current, and complete information and respond promptly to reasonable verification requests.
We do not accept activity that appears unlawful, deceptive, sanctioned, or inconsistent with the information supplied during onboarding. Where a concern is identified, access to relevant services may be restricted while the matter is assessed.
Our support team can help with general account and onboarding questions.
