Identity verification helps us maintain a secure, transparent investor environment.
KYC information may be requested during onboarding, before contract activation, before a withdrawal, when an account’s details change, or when information needs to be refreshed as part of an ongoing risk review.
Depending on the investor and transaction, we may request identity information, a valid government-issued identity document, proof of address, and source-of-funds or source-of-wealth information. Requests are proportionate to the circumstances.
For corporate investors, verification may include entity registration information, ownership and control details, authorised signatory information, and documents that support the source and purpose of funds.
Investors are responsible for providing complete and accurate information. Verification may be paused if requested information is incomplete, expired, inconsistent, or cannot be reasonably confirmed.
Completing an application does not itself guarantee acceptance. Where verification cannot be completed or an account cannot be supported under the applicable terms, the application or relevant transaction may be declined.
